Bunkabin manufactures and supplies portable, temporary accommodation units to universities, building sites and events .
They wanted an updated, modern website that performed well on all devices, which clearly explained their USPs and drove enquiries from across the UK.
They also wanted I-COM to help them raise brand awareness and build their traffic across all channels.
I-COM designed a cleaner, more visual website that better showcased the accommodation units both inside and out, and we also re-wrote content across the site to better explain product features and benefits. This had a two-fold purpose of improving the customer-experience of the site, and also hitting Google's SEO requirements.
The site was built on Concrete5 with a super-simple CMS, allowing Bunkabin to easily update the site themselves as well as providing a responsive and search-friendly service to all visitors.
Raising Brand Awareness
To help raise brand awareness, we developed an integrated content marketing and PR campaign, designed to generate newsworthy content targeted at the key audience demographics including the construction sector, the health & safety sector as well as universities and large events.
The new website we created for Bunkabin has helped to showcase their range of products easily and effectively for all visitors to their site. It has also helped search engines understand the site better so that Bunkabin ranks for more relevant search terms and receives a better quality of traffic. This has led to a huge jump in the number of leads.
Year on year, conversions increased by 40% through the work we have done to improve the site and the quality of the content. This is despite traffic only increasing by 6%.
I-COM has significantly improved the relevancy of the search traffic, which led to a 14% improvement in click through rate from search.
