Clough & Willis is a Manchester-based law firm who asked us to redesign their website to help build on the results generated by our ongoing digital marketing work.
In particular, they wanted to improve their local search presence and the number of cases they take on through the website.
Clough & Willis needed to modernise their current brand including their website. The site itself had accrued content which had caused the navigation to become unwieldy. In addition, many of the older pages were under-performing, which had led to declining search visibility.
We needed to update the site to make it more user-friendly while refreshing the content to ensure that the new site performed better and regained its prominence in organic search.
Our web design and development team completely rethought the whole site, bringing it up to date, and re-platforming it onto Concrete to help with maintenance. In addition, we ensured that the new design was fully responsive, creating higher user engagement.
The digital marketing team reviewed all the site content, using Google Analytics data to help decide how to restructure the navigation.
We refreshed old pages, removed stale content and added new content where necessary in order to ensure that the site met the needs of their target audience.
Our work on the web design and web development for the law firm refreshed and modernise their brand. This helped to move the company forward, assisting them in reaching out and appealing to a wider array of people.
By appearing more welcoming to a broader audience, the new-look website has has a significant effect on traffic levels and an increase in conversion overall.
The simpler site, with a clearer structure, led to a fantastic 275% increase in enquiries.
