We worked with Business Utility Hub to relaunch their website and brand, creating a scalable platform optimised for discoverability and ease of use, and delivering a measurable improvement in engagement and performance.

The Challenge

Business Utility Hub

Business Utility Hub approached I-COM in September 2025 to relaunch their website and brand, with the aim of creating their own lead generation source.

I-COM identified a need to improve the current website from a design and UX perspective, as well as building in the ability to add relevant SEO-driven content, ideally before the SEO and PPC/paid search aspects of the marketing strategy began.

The Approach

With access to WordPress, GSC & GA4, I-COM recommended a full rebuild using Prismic headless technology, rather than incremental improvements to the existing site.

The project was delivered in eight weeks across six phases, including a full brand refresh and the introduction of the “Furbies” mascots, to bring personality to the brand.

A content and structural review ensured the inclusion of case studies and trust signals, supporting a stronger user experience and conversion journey.

The Results

All aspects of the website have improved, from speed, accessibility and overall performance, to ease of content creation and scalability. This has enabled PPC and SEO to drive awareness and leads to a website that engages and converts.

User engagement and lead quality have improved, supported by clearer journeys and stronger on-site messaging. Lead quality and relevance are the ultimate KPI, and feedback indicates that these have both seen a significant improvement.
