Manchester based digital marketing firm I-COM has announced the appointment of new Managing Director Ravi Bhalla at the start of 2024.
Ravi took over the role in January 2024 from Mike Blackburn who had held the role since 2006. Ravi himself is a founding member of the I-COM team and moves to the Managing Director role from his previous position as Technical Director. In his new role as MD, Ravi will be working closely with the agency’s management team, focusing on client success and growth and creating a strong business for all shareholders.
I-COM is a full-service digital marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester, specialising in all aspects of digital marketing and web design with a portfolio of clients across the UK. In 2019, after several successful years, I-COM transferred ownership of a majority shareholding in the agency to an Employee Ownership Trust.

Mike Blackburn remains a member of the board at I-COM as he begins to make the transition towards eventual retirement.
