The Brief

JMW is a full-service law firm based in the centre of Manchester. We were appointed to rebuild their website and undertake a full range of digital marketing activities to raise the firm's profile and drive more business.

The Challenge

JMW is pushing for visibility in an increasingly competitive and constantly changing online market. In addition, a number of larger competitors have been merging, building high street legal brands of the type favoured by search engines. JMW asked us to ensure they can compete on a national level with these high street names through an aggressive digital marketing programme.

The Approach

We work with JMW as an extension of their internal marketing department. Having rebuilt their website onto the Concrete platform, we now work daily with the JMW team on ongoing site improvements, conversion rate optimisation and to continuously improve the site content. We have also helped JMW to develop a strong social media presence, to promote the brand to niche media outlets and to develop a strong content marketing programme. We also work closely with JMW on paid promotion through AdWords and social media.

The Results

Our work has led to an increase in enquiry forms through the website of 106% and a 51% increase in mobile traffic. In addition, the work to improve the user experience has led to a 15% increase in session duration.

The Impact

Revenue through the website increased by 18% in 2014-2015. This growth enabled JMW to continue to expand its own internal marketing team, putting more effort into its social media activity and on developing great content for the website, which, in turn, continues to drive growth for the business.
