  • What’s the day job?

As a client services manager, my duties include managing a portfolio of clients ensuring client satisfaction is at the forefront of all communication and campaign delivery. I act as the voice of the client within I-com making sure that strategy and campaigns are aligned with the overall client objectives and long-term goals. 

I take a lot of pride in providing a positive experience to clients through building solid relationships and overseeing the creation of solid commercially effective campaigns.

  • How many years of professional experience do you have?

I am relatively new to I-com however I have worked within the marketing sector specialising in SEO and PR for over 7 years. 

  • What are your primary responsibilities or tasks in your current role?

My responsibilities include overseeing the timeline and etas of campaign projects and ensuring the continued integration of client objectives and goals into current and future strategy. I'm always on the lookout for different avenues to promote growth in line with the client's budget and industry.

  • What are your areas of expertise or specialised knowledge?

My areas of expertise include organic strategy creation with a focus on content and digital PR.

  • What are your interests or hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I love being sociable, enjoying spending time with friends and family and going to gigs and days out in the lakes or peak districts. I'm also a big foodie and love to travel having spent time traveling America, and Asia and living in Australia. 

  • How do you stay updated on industry trends or developments in your field?

I stay up to date on the current marketing trends and advancements through constant upskilling and mini-course refreshments. I subscribe to Moz and regularly check industry-related websites such as Search Engine Land. I also stay on the pulse of industry leader insights through LinkedIn and Twitter.
