As EBS doesn't lend itself towards displaying rich content on the web, we set up an automated process to check EBS daily for updates and pull in the base information when a new course is found. The web admin is then notified, who uses the CMS to easily enrich the content to provide a greater user experience.
The site design was very image-led, for a contemporary and modern feel with a helpful, professional, and welcoming personality. The design, built on Concrete, was also optimised to be mobile responsive, to give a smooth and easy experience for students accessing the site and applying for courses on their phones.
Finally, our social board integrates all of the college’s social media content across the individual pages of the site. The flexible design also allowed Wigan & Leigh to populate blocks with testimonials from notable graduates and included access to portals for both current students and for parents.
