Brand Attic commissioned us after having an unsuccessful experience with a previous agency. As a new retailer carrying their own range of designer brands, aimed at the high street market, Brand Attic needed us to help grow the brand's presence online and to drive traffic and sales.
Brand Attic were new entrants into a highly competitive market looking to gain traction in an organic search environment which favours established high street brands. We had to find the best way to raise brand awareness quickly in order to help Brand Attic meet ambitious revenue targets.
Our approach was to get the Brand Attic name in front of as many shoppers as possible so we started with a PPC campaign and supplemented that with display ads. We then focused on getting products out to prominent bloggers for review purposes, taking advantage of PR opportunities and running data capture campaigns to help Brand Attic build its email database.
We helped raise the profile of the brand, driving a 151% increase in traffic and a 1,030% increase in revenue. In addition, I-COM gained coverage for Brand Attic online and elsewhere in the media including Shortlist magazine, The Daily Mail and The Only Way is Essex.
Brand Attic exceeded its revenue targets and, as a result, has set even more ambitious goals for 2016, raising marketing budgets to ensure the goals will be met.
