The Brief

Accessoryo is a Manchester-based fashion retailer specialising in accessories. The brand was generating revenue through online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, however their website, was not performing as effectively. We were engaged to fully audit the site and to support them in attracting their target audience with the view to improve their conversion rate.

The Challenges

Accessoryo required a full analysis of their current customers, and a brand management plan to develop this audience to increase sales. In addition, due to the previous implementation of Magento, the site was experiencing poor search visibility, as well as a number of technical flaws that required attention.

The Approach

We began by analysing the site data and running user testing to determine the main problems impacting on the conversion rate. Further to this we then began the process of understanding Accessoryo's users and business goals by running a user survey and conducting workshops with the client in order to rebrand and rebuild the site. We then worked with Accessoryo to improve their social media presence, their brand awareness and their technical SEO.

The Results

Through our outreach efforts and development of Accesoryo's social media channels we helped to drive visitors up by 88%. The work we did to entirely rebrand the site and to improve the user experience increased transactions by 46% and revenue by 70%.
