In all over 40 representatives from North West businesses attended the seminar, which included sessions on design and development, paid search engine marketing and Search Engine Optimisation. Delegates also learned how, when implemented correctly, these techniques should begin to deliver real results by way of increased traffic and conversions. Feedback from the session was fantastic and included "Well done on a great session - very informative, very helpful and delivered by knowledgeable, passionate people". The event was so successful that we've arranged to put on another seminar, this time taking place in Altrincham on the morning of the 10th of June.

I-LOVE the Big City! For those of you who are not yet aware, I-COM have recently moved into larger offices in Manchester city centre. The move was prompted by the addition of 6 new staff members, meaning the offices at Brighton Grove could no longer accommodate the ever-expanding I-COM. Our new offices can be found at 18-22 Lloyd Street, a great central location between Deansgate and Albert Square.

I-COM's first seminar, held at the Institute of Directors at the beginning of April, was a storming success. The seminar, aimed at businesses who want to generate revenues online, provided information and implementation advice on techniques from I-COM's reservoir of search engine marketing expertise. Existing clients already benefit from this knowledge but it provided a great insight for the attendees who were new to search engine marketing.
The eagle eyed SEO team at I-COM have found that new web pages going live are currently being favoured by Google. "We have found that new pages being added to our clients websites are achieving great listings in Google very quickly. In many cases these new pages are being listed above websites that are extremely well established", commented David, Head of I-COM's award winning SEO department. "Google is consistently unpredictable and we have no idea how long this trend will continue. However, as we recommend adding new content pages to websites to improve their rankings, this is an extremely good time to take advantage of this strategy", concluded David.
The move into the city has proven to be a massive success all round. It has already shown to have a positive impact on business, as since moving into the city, I-COM have been approached by a number of brand name organisations about the provision of our SEO and search engine marketing services. "If we'd have known that a move into Manchester would be so beneficial, we would have done it months ago! We are attracting a whole new audience of potential clients," commented Tim Roberts, MD of I-COM. "The location of the office is also handy for our clients and we are finding that more and more are coming in to see us than ever before. This is great as we get to catch up with our clients on a much more regular basis," continued Tim. "There has been a great buzz about the office since the move and certain members of staff are enjoying making the most of the office's proximity to Manchester's shops and restaurants!"
