Client Services Manager
We're looking for a Client Services Manager to work closely with a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. Joining the Client Services department, the Client Services Manager role will manage the relationship between the client and the agency, ensuring regular communication and proactive management of the account.
The successful candidate will have experience communicating effectively with clients, and a proven track record ensuring that activities are delivered in line with set budgets and timeframes. Liaising with both the Project and the Digital teams, you will be the main point of communication for the client, ensuring that all activities are briefed in to the necessary individuals within the agency and then following this up with communication to keep the client informed of progress.
You will be responsible for planning and leading client review meetings, maintaining a proactive and analytical attitude to each account to ensure that all digital opportunities are being maximised. Activities you will be overseeing on behalf of clients will encompass organic search, content marketing, paid search, social media, design and development so this is a great opportunity to work with clients on their complete online presence.
