Working to the client’s brief, to help the business perform more effectively and deliver higher sales, we evaluated the current site’s design and technical aspects and identified key issues. We worked closely with the client, re-designing the user interface, restructuring the navigation and creating new meaningful landing pages for paid search campaigns.
Rectifying all the existing issues and creating a cleaner, more reputable look and feel for the site turned the business around in what was a very tough time for the UK economy.
Pine Oak Furniture is based in Hertfordshire and retails wooden furniture via an online shop and a high street retail presence. Pine-Oak became a client of I-COM in 2009. They had previously employed a separate web design and marketing agencies with limited success.
