Mindy Gofton Head of Search

As I-COM's Head of Search, Mindy Gofton heads up the company's biggest department.

Hers is a diverse background, featuring experience of both academia and marketing, and includes a PhD during which Mindy looked at the way in which language used to describe a subject influences and contributes to popular understanding of that subject.

You might also be interested to know that she's American and has at some point been a cheerleader (haven't we all?). Then again, she's now a kickboxer, so it's probably best not to make fun of her about the cheerleading...
